Le lieu : pas d’adresse fixe, mais un food-truck à empanadas jaune piloté par Ana et Antoine, un couple franco-argentin trop sympa. Son point de chute? Le parvis du MK2 Bibliothèque. S’il pleut, demandez à Deliveroo de vous livrer !

À tester absolument : l’incontournable chausson fourré au bœuf, un grand classique du pays natal d’Ana twisté à la viande d’Aubrac par son chef de mari. Top aussi, les traditionnels jambons fromage et le humita au maïs. Plus original, les versions gorgonzola/tombée d’oignon/noix et ratatouille. Tous plus réconfortants les uns que les autres...

On adore : le calibre XXL de ces croissants sud-américains à la sauce fench touch.

Un dessert ? L’alfajor de Maizena aka le macaron argentin au dulce de leche (confiture de lait), carrément renversant.

The place: no set address, but a roaming empanadas food-truck driven by Ana et Antoine, a really cool Franco-Argentine couple. Its usual parking spot? In front of the MK2 Bibliothèque. And if it’s raining, ask Deliveroo to deliver!

To test absolutely: their fab pasty stuffed with beef, a great classic from the native country of Ana, twisted with Aubrac meet by her chef husband. Tops also, the traditional ham-cheese and the corn humita. More original, gorgonzola/onion/nuts and ratatouille versions. Real comfort food...

We adore: the XXL portion of these French-style South American croissants.

A dessert ? Alfajor de Maizena aka the Argentinian macaroon with dulce de leche (milk jam)—a sweet killer.

To be noted: the truck will be on the sites of Solidays and Rock en Seine to feed all the festival revelers. Fun, it can also be privatized for a wedding or a birthday!
