A ray of sunshine, the iodized scent of the sea, feta, olives and we are almost in Greece . The Grand Café d'Athènes takes us to the other side of the Mediterranean Sea and that's why we're so crazy about it. The good news? He reveals the recipe for his succulent Feta Psiti .
A yellow pepper, a few cherry tomatoes, a generous slice of feta, enough to season it all and we are delighted!
Feta psiti recipe
Arrange the feta in an ovenproof dish, previously covered with baking paper.
Peel the yellow pepper and cut it into small cubes, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and mince the red onion .
Cover the feta with the cut vegetables.
Finely mince the garlic clove , place it in a mortar with the fresh herbs, a good drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Using a pestle, grind everything until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
Arrange this sauce on the vegetables, possibly add a drizzle of olive oil on top.
Place the dish in the oven with a 180 ° thermostat, between 10 and 15 minutes.
