Recette Goustaflette

The goustaflette, what is it? A mixture of Goustal, therefore, potatoes and smoked bacon. Bingo , we are active in the kitchen to reproduce this super comfort food dish that makes us salivate .

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 35 minutes

For 4 people

Preparation:

Remove the crust around the edge of the Goustal then cut it in half crosswise .

Peel and chop the onion very finely . Cut the bacon into matchsticks.

Cook the potatoes without peeling them in a saucepan of salted water for about 20 minutes.

Then run them quickly under cold water , then cut them into pieces.

Put the onion and the bacon in a very hot pan and cook for 3 minutes, stirring regularly.

Preheat your oven to 180 °.

Butter your mussels, then, place a layer of potato , sprinkle them with half of the onion and bacon mixture , pepper . Repeat the operation: a layer of potato , the rest of the onion and bacon mixture , pepper , then place the ½ Goutal with the crust facing up.

Bake for about fifteen minutes. Check doneness before removing from the oven.
