Vive le breakfast spring roll

The spring rolls are not necessarily salty! The latest snobbery? Twist the spring rolls in breakfast mode : vitamin and fruity.

To make the rice pudding:

Pour the whole milk , round rice and powdered sugar in a saucepan. Split the vanilla pod in half, collect the seeds and place them, with the pod , in the preparation.

Boil quickly then lower over very low heat. Cook for 1 hour, stirring regularly.

Then remove the vanilla pod and let cool completely to room temperature. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour, covering with plastic wrap.

To make the spring rolls:

Rinse the strawberries , dry them gently, remove the stems and cut them in half. Peel and slice the banana into slices.

Fill a dish with cold water and soak a rice cake for a few seconds until it is soft. Place delicately on a clean, slightly damp cloth.


Then place 2 slices of banana and 2 pieces of strawberry in the center, then add 4 mint leaves .

Pour 3 tablespoons of rice pudding over fruit.

Fold the edges of the rice cake up and down, over the preparation. Then fold up the right part, then roll the spring roll on itself, towards the remaining edge.

Tighten well and serve immediately.
