Marinating time : 2 hours
Cooking time : 20 to 25 minutes
- Prepare the marinade in a deep dish by mixing the sriracha sauce , honey , soy sauce and olive oil . Pepper.
- Rinse the salmon steaks under cold water. Dry them. Remove the skin from the salmon and cut it into large cubes. Add the salmon to the marinade and coat it well. Film and keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6). Place the salmon steaks on a baking sheet, taking care that they do not touch each other. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes depending on the size of the cubes, pouring in a little marinade halfway through cooking.
- Serve hot with fresh thyme leaves
