Big Mamma tiramisu


If you only swear by the restaurants of the Big Mamma group… This novel recipe book will make you very happy: La Cucina di Big Mamma . Exclusively, the Tigramisu to be made at home without moderation.

For 6 persons.

Preparation time : 45 minutes

Refrigeration time : 2 hours (at best 1 night)


  • Prepare the cream : in a salad bowl , beat the liquid cream with a whisk until you obtain a whipped cream .

  • In a second bowl, whiten the egg yolks with the sugar using a whisk. Add the mascarpone and whisk until you obtain a homogeneous preparation.

  • Then incorporate the whipped cream using a spatula. Reserve.

  • In a deep plate, combine the coffee with the marsala .

  • Dip the cookies with a spoon on each side in this mixture, then place them in the bottom of a large dish (20 x 25 cm and 7 cm deep).

  • Cover with a layer of cream about 2 cm thick, then repeat the operation until all the ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of cream.

  • Cover with cling film and set aside in the fridge overnight. Just before serving, generously sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa .
