Le Café Jules is in the spotlight with its French-style hot-dogs. Just copy the superb recipe of chef Fabien Lefebvre, who does not hesitate of offer a hot-dog with crispy onions and notes of comté cheese… Super yummy.

For 4 persons

Preparation:

Cook the sausages on the grill, on the barbecue, in the oven—depending on the possibilities

Grill the comté bread. Chisel the chives;

Heat the pot of cottage-cheese (in the micro-wave)

Spread the warm cottage-cheese on the bread (as you wish)

Place the sausage, then sprinkle with chives.

It’s ready. To be enjoyed all winter.

- 4 hot dog buns with comté cheese (possible to do it yourself: grate the comté on the top part of the bread and place in the oven so that the cheese is nice and crispy)
