The best white ham of Paris at Gilles Vérot
The address is far from being confidential but we would like to remind everyone that Gilles Vérot is a terrific charcutier-takeout that does everything well: his white ham is a marvel, his bouchées à la reine puffs, his grated celery, his crusty pâté, everything is perfect... We even like his vegetable macédoine salade, which goes to say! It's the name to be aware of since he went into partnership with Daniel Boulud, a great French chef who brought his talents to New York, and who supplies his Bar Boulud on Broadway with ingredients from Vérot. On the agenda, a Bar Boulud in London. Gilles Vérot, the first charcutier with an international delicatessen career !
