A creator: he is to chocolate somewhat like YSL was to fashion-a labeled icon . « A maestro chocolatier » who likes to hang out with the fashion crowd such as Stella Cadente or Jean-Claude Jitrois.
His show room : on trendy rue Saint-Honoré, and in the image of his neighbor couturiers de, chocolate version... Same for the clientele: sweet tooth fashionistas rush here to pick up a goody bag. It's very trendy to be a choco-fashionista.
The « it » of this arty-chocolatier ? His macaroons, éclairs, « pralinés » and ganache cakes to die for. We are all impatiently awaiting for the opening of his « bar à chocolat » in September!
