11th north: Parmentier-Oberkampf
In the Northern part of the 11th arrondissement between rue du Faubourg du Temple and boulevard du Temple, there still exists an area of Paris which has remained quite down to earth-- not affected by the suddenly trendy onslaught that occurred in Oberkampf during the 90's. On the menu: cobblestoned passages not yet totally taken over by «lofts», discrete little second-hand shops and small intimate eateries.

A boutique-atelier presided by Yves Gratas, in the fashion of a gold and precious craftsman. Unusual cuts, stones mounted « upside down », different colors: one is not quite sure by which alchemy these pieces of jewelry become elegant, timeless and wonderfully personal!
