Kale detox soup signed Jour

The Kings of the made in France soup bar have shared with us their terrific and easy recipe for healthy and delicious "detoxing" in January.

Preparation

Remove all the hard parts of the cabbage.
Wash the leaves in water.

Remove the ends of the zucchini and cut into large pieces.

Cooking

Pan-fry the onion in olive oil during 10 minutes at low flame.

Add the kale, zucchini, broth, salt, pepper and water. Mix.

Cook during 20 minutes at high flame.

Blend the soup well until it’s velvety.

Taste and rectify the seasoning.

Ingredients:

- 1 onion

- 200g of kale

- 200g of zucchini

- 350 ml of water

- 1 vegetable bouillon broth

- salt & pepper
