Yannick Alléno launches Pavyllon's star-studded brunch

Yannick Alléno's Brunch at Pavyllon

After installing his 3-star restaurant and an extraordinary sushi bar at the heart of his legendary address on the Champs-Élysées, Yannick Alléno, owner of Pavillon Ledoyen, inaugurated Pavyllon in 2019, the much-needed rendezvous with a very bistronomic accent between Concorde and the Grand Palais, now crowned with a star. The spirit of the counter is at the center of the luxurious and contemporary setting signed by the grand decorator Chahan Minassian. More discreet, the comfortable terrace at garden level allows for the discretion required by the business or political appointments of the neighborhood... to now welcome Sunday cravings around a new very high society brunch.

THE BRUNCH ACCORDING TO ALLÉNO

The pavyllon Brunch menu

There's something new in the air! Pavyllon has just launched its Sunday brunch, already establishing itself as one of the chicest in the capital and to be leisurely enjoyed from the terrace or at the counter facing the kitchen. Chill service but attentive: Sundays here take on a vacation vibe, with the same philosophy as for the other days of the week, namely a total absence of refined sugar in the preparations. We start strong with pastries including a crispy apple turnover, all accompanied by jams (without sugar, of course!), spreads, and of course hot drinks and fruit juices at will (the mango one is a gentle caress). A tip: take your time, as there's still plenty to do...

We continue! Crispy and creamy blini with iodized cream and plank-smoked salmon, perfect omelette with lard from colonnata and powdered mushrooms, oversized gougère with Parisian white ham and comté cream, brioche bun lobster hot dog, warm chicken and lovage mayonnaise are served as our appetite weakens, competing with tempting colors and textures. To finish, three dainty desserts come to challenge our convictions of not being able to eat anything else, so we dive in: exotic fruit salad with herbaceous oils, monte bianco with sugar-free meringue and chocolate profiterole with spicy sauce. And to go home? Roll!

€145 per person, available every Sunday. Children's brunch at €56. Reservations at yannick-alleno.com
