Have you never taken a seat at Maison François 1er ? Perfect timing. This month, members of the Cercle by Do It can enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne to accompany their meal and finally discover this chic restaurant tucked away just a few steps from the Champs-Élysées. This elegant and refined brasserie has quickly established itself as a true place to live beyond the plate. From lovers of French cuisine to curious first-timers and local regulars, everyone gathers here to toast, chat and laugh, from morning to night, non-stop.
A breath of fresh air
To celebrate its first anniversary, a fresh new energy is blowing through this delightfully contemporary French brasserie. Three friends have taken over the reins of this warm and refined address, including former professional tennis player Jonathan Eysseric, who has traded his racket for restaurant plates. The creative direction? A chic yet relaxed atmosphere where every dish tells a story, best enjoyed while sharing a true moment of life.
Committed and generous cuisine
Crafted by chef Cilia Emilien, trained at the Park Hyatt before honing his skills in some of Paris’s greatest brasseries, the cuisine embodies a simple, honest and above all committed vision of French cooking. On the menu, duck foie gras (€26), the soup of the day prepared each morning according to the market and the chef’s inspiration (€12), and classic deviled eggs (€9) set the tone. Then come the main courses: the chef’s fluffy omelet scented with fresh herbs (€22), hand-chopped beef tartare prepared à la minute in true French tradition (€29), or supreme of chicken with morel mushrooms (€31).
The grand finale ? Irresistible desserts such as tarte Tatin (€14), crème brûlée with its freshly caramelized crust (€11), or the ultra-indulgent Breton pain perdu (€13). All best enjoyed with a complimentary glass of champagne, offered by the house to all members of the Cercle by Do It. Cheers !
Open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to midnight.
