Preparation:

Cereal bar :

Preheat your oven to 175 °. In a saucepan, melt the
butter , maple syrup , honey and caster sugar . Mix together the oatmeal , quinoa , dried fruits and nuts that you need to chop beforehand. Then add the liquid mixture and mix with a spatula. Put the preparation in molds and tamp well. Bake for about 10 minutes depending on the color. Put in the freezer 1 hour after cooling so that the bars harden.

Assembly and finishing:

Make the
cereal bars . While waiting for them to harden, prepare a very, very fine brunoise of yellow kiwis . Make a nice, slightly rounded presentation of kiwi brunoise on the cereal bar . Cut small pieces of pineapple and arrange them harmoniously on the brunoise. Finish with a little lime zest on top.
