Cooking: 5 minutes per pan
For 12 to 15 blinis
Break the whole eggs into a bowl. Add the yogurts and mix. Pour in the flour , baking powder and salt . Mix gently again.
Reserve in the fridge for 1 hour.
Place a little dough in a pan, depending on the diameter you want for your blinis .
Cook for a few minutes on each side over low heat.
