We take the recipe from Monday is veggie! to spice up the everlasting avocado lunch toasts in avocado bites .
Peel and cut the avocados into strips. Cut the lemon in half and pour the juice of one half over the avocado slices . Reserve.
Prepare the sauce by mixing the cashew puree , the juice of the remaining half a lime , the cumin , paprika and chilli . Reserve.
In a bowl, combine the flours , paprika , salt and almond milk to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Dip the avocado slices in the dough , then immerse them in a deep fryer for a few minutes until the dough is golden brown.
Remove the slices from the fryer, then place them on a grid covered with absorbent paper.
Add salt and pepper lightly and serve.
