How to prepare a tuna club worthy of the big hotels? By bringing a touch of freshness with blueberries , romaine salad and cucumber !

Pour the blueberries from the jar into a colander and shake them to drain them well. Drain the tuna and reduce it to a fine purée with the mayonnaise , lemon juice , chopped garlic and drained capers using a blender or a food processor. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper .
Mix the blueberries with the cream until you get a smooth mixture, then season with the pink berries , salt , pepper and cayenne pepper . Cut the salad into thin strips, slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin strips. Remove the crust from the slices of sandwich bread by cutting it. Spread a thin layer of tuna cream on half of the slices and cover with strips (leaves) of salad .
Then spread the tuna cream evenly in a thick layer. Cover with cucumber strips . Spread the blueberry cream evenly in a thick layer on the other half of the sandwich bread slices and cover with the sandwich bread slices spread with tuna cream . Cut diagonally and put in boxes to take them out.
