It's the comfort food dish for back to school. Vegan waffles to counsel before devouring his favorite Netflix series.
Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
For 4 small waffles
Preparation of the dough:
Nothing could be simpler: just mix all the ingredients together.
Making the waffles:
Heat a non-stick waffle iron and pour in about 2 tbsp. of batter for each waffle . Close the waffle iron and cook for about 10 minutes. Check the doneness after 7 minutes to prevent them from burning. We know they are ready when they are golden brown and come off easily.
Serve the waffles with a little cheese "cream cheese" and / or crushed avocado with lemon juice net and sprinkle chopped chives.
