A bowl against the fed up

Recette Poke Bowl Myrtilles

Cheerful full is made through this poke bowl too good, healthy and highly doped superfood. Thank you wild blueberries !

Preparation time: approx. 45 minutes

For 4 people


Defrost the blueberries and edamame . Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package, drain it and let it cool. Mash half of the blueberries using a hand blender. Add chili paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds and rice vinegar to mashed blueberries and mix.

Wash the salmon , dry it and cut it into cubes (approx. 1 x 1 cm). Pour half the blueberry marinade over the diced salmon and let it marinate for about 15 minutes .

Meanwhile, peel the carrots and coarsely grate them. Sort the spinach , wash it and wring it out, shaking it. Peel, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Cut the avocado in half and remove the core. Remove the flesh and dice it.

Arrange all the ingredients in four cups. Divide the rest of the blueberries and the blueberry marinade.
