The small family tart

Only 10 minutes in the kitchen to obtain this pretty little tart that will make grownups and kids eat lots of courgettes without complaining… Veggie is sexy.

For 6 persons

Spread the dough in a tart mould.

Mix the Kiri and the content of the cream of courgettes jars;

Spread the dough.

Cut the courgettes lengthwise with a mandolin, to obtain slivers about 2 mm thick.

Blanch during 30 seconds in boiling water.

Place the slivers in a rosace shape starting from the edge towards the centre.

Add salt, pepper, a dash of olive oil and sprinkle with thyme.

Bake in the oven for 1h at 180°C, heat, tom and bottom.

- 2 jars of Jean Martin cream of courgettes 110g

- 1 short pastry dough

- 1 cube of cheese such as Kiri fresh thyme

- 1,5 kg of small courgettes
