This is the recipe to adopt for fitter . A red tuna seared in sesame oil served on a salad of red cabbage and beet hummus . Did you say healthy ?
Preparation time: 40 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Rest time: 2 h
Slice the cabbage then place everything in a bowl.
Add the powdered sugar , sesame oil and rice vinegar . Salt and pepper then mix well.
Cover the container with cling film then set aside 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Then prepare the beet hummus .
Cut the beetroot into pieces and place it in the bowl of a blender.
Peel and slice the shallot and the garlic clove .
Place everything in the bowl with the chickpeas , tahini , lemon juice and olive oil .
Mix until the preparation becomes homogeneous and smooth then salt and pepper to your liking. Reserve in the fridge.
Peel the Chioggia beet and slice it thinly. Also book.
Pour the sesame seeds into a plate then bread the tuna steaks .
Heat 1 dash of sesame oil in a hot pan then sear the tuna steaks for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Then cut them into slices.
Place the red cabbage salad on the plates and cover with slices of tuna .
Add a few teaspoons of beet hummus as well as sprouted seeds and a few slices of Chioggia beetroot . Enjoy!
