Yummy: pumpkin !

Recette Gigolettes Lapin Potimarron

This is a typical dish to prepare for family meals. Here, the
rabbit legs will be stewed and served with pumpkin for an association with tempting Mexican spices.

For 4 persons 

Preparation :

Preheat your oven to 190°C.

Remove the seeds from the pumpkin then cut the flesh in 3 cm dices, without peeling.

For in a bowl, add a little bit of salt, half the Mexican spices, 1 table spoon of olive oil and mix. Divide on one layer in a large plate of a cooking plaque.

In a hollow plate, pour a tablespoon of olive oil in a hollow plate with the rest of the spices and a little bit of salt, mix and place each rabbit leg in this mix, before placing them on the diced up pumpkin.

Bake for 25 minutes, by mixing the vegetables when half-cooked.

Tips: At the beginning of the cooking, add unpeeled garlic cloves that will become glazed during the cooking process. The Mexican spices can be found in all the major supermarkets in the spices department.
