The Asian salad that mixes raw vegetables, sesame and lamb chops

Do you dream of a light, Asian-inspired dish that is easy to prepare and that sublimates a dinner in front of your favorite series or the first spring evenings with your lover?

With this in mind, the gourmet mix and match of sesame and lamb chops with the freshness of mint and coriander has it all. Zoom on this exquisite salad of rice noodles and raw vegetables with lamb chops marinated in sesame.

Preparation time: 20 min.

Cooking time: 10 min.

Rest time: 2 h

In a bowl, pour the sesame oil , the chopped garlic cloves and the chopped coriander leaves, mix. Place the chops in a dish and coat with the marinade. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Meanwhile, cook the noodles as directed on the package, set aside.

Peel the carrots and cucumber and make tagliatelle using a peeler. Mix with the noodles and mesclun, sprinkle with nuoc-mâm sauce and soy sauce .

Cook the chops for 4 minutes per side. Serve the chops with small bowls of noodle salad. Sprinkle with mint leaves and crushed peanuts .
