In fact, this is a lot more than an exhibition, it’s a cinema-show, a special dedication to Martin Scorsese.
La Cinémathèque has organized a really amazing event-exhibition where you will encounter all the film director’s obsessions, starting with drugs, money, sex, New-York, family and the Mafia… An amazing cinema lesson that features the « New Hollywood » movement for which Scorsese and Coppola are the flag-carriers.
We adore: watching the film extracts, the story-boards as though one were backstage during the film shootings.
Ideally? Following the guided visit at 11am every Sunday morning (14€) before going out to brunch.
Tops also: taking advantage of this occasion to watch a rerun of Scorsese films on a wide screen in the mythical Cinémathèque.
