A bluffing dessert for cooking dummies. Quick and easy!

Step 1: Prepare the milk jam
Preheat the oven to 120°C (th.4).
Place the box of sweet concentrated milk closed on the oven plaque. Bake and cook for 1h. Turn off the oven and leave the box inside for 30 minutes. Remove it, allow to cool down and close.
Transfer the jam obtained into a bowl. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the French brioche
Slit the vanilla pod in two lengthwise. Remove the seeds inside with the tip of a knife.
In a bowl, mix the milk and the sugar, add the vanilla seeds.
Break the eggs, put them in a plate and beat into an omelet. Dip the brioche slices one by one in the milk preparation then in the beaten eggs.
In a large pan, melt the butter, place the brioche slices, cook for about 2 minutes on each side until they are colored.
Step 3: Presentation
Place the brioche slices in small dessert plates, sprinkle with glazed sugar and serve with the milk jam.
