“Madame, messieurs” for a top notchy croque-monsieur

Madame Messieurs Bistrot

We are already totally in croc’love with this croque-monsieur specialist located in SoPi (South Pigalle) ! Here, the ultimate French grilled cheese sandwich is a real winner. You will quickly understand why…

Valéry, Georges, Jacques, François… do these names ring a bell? Each recipe, ten in total, bears the name of a former French president. Just need pick the one that suits you best. Great bread and a traditional recipe by Benoît Castel, Baltic or toast, depending on the recipe.

For the Paris ham, Beaufort cheese and béchamel sauce with nutmeg combo, vote Valéry (12€). For the Bayonne ham, glazed pimentos, osso iraty (cheese), vote François (13,60€). You are more into Green? Go for Vincent (11,80€), eggplant caviar, olives, ricotta.

Sides of fries/or salad.

Tops, the Madame option with egg.

And for dessert, the house banoffee is a winner.

We adore: the neo-vintage decor and super comfy space signed by the up and coming Nuts Architects cabinet.
