PREPARATION :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In a small bowl, mix the chia seeds with 6 tablespoons of water. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.

  • Pour the chia seeds with their water into the bowl of a blender, add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything.

  • Pour the dough into an oiled 12 x 23 cm mold, and bake for 30 minutes.

  • Take the brownie out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting it into slices.
