- Place the hazelnuts in the bowl of a blender and mix to obtain small pieces . Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring gently to a simmer. Remove from the heat, add the hazelnuts, cover and let infuse for 30 minutes.
- Strain the milk and heat it gently again if desired. Serve it with financiers for even more indulgence!
