Happy hour nibbles with Regional Melon

It's the holidays and for fresh and light happy hours, so what could be better than these skewers of melon, feta and meat from the Grisons region.

Temps of preparation : 20 min

Don't forget :

1 small Parisian spoon

Wooden skewers

Small tip : choose a big melon

Step 1 :

Cut the Melon into cubes. Dice up the feta . Detail the slices of viandes des Grisons into three in order to produce small rolls .

Step 2 :

On the skewer, alternate a cube of melon, dice feta, a leaf of basil and a small roll of  viande des Grisons.

Serve your mini skewers nice and fresh !

1 Regional Melon

10 slices of viande des Grisons

1 pack with 200 grammes of feta cheese

A few basil leaves
