Brand new and really beautiful. Paris was impatiently awaiting the reopening of Monsieur Bleu, this very couture terrace near the Seine and the Eiffel Tower.

You no longer need to look for the restaurant that is sure to be a hit this Summer. The new very chic cantina at Palais de Tokyo is already attracting all the arty and fashion venues of the moment… Quite normal, it’s Laurent de Gourcuff, king of Parisian nights who is at the helm of this brand new hip place, teamed up with Gilles Malafosse, the talented owner ofPétrus and the Flandrin.

Girls, a small tip: now is the moment to whip out those fabulous little dresses, yourmini-skirts and your high heels. The glamour potential makes it the ideal spotlight…

The must ? Showing up for dinner around 10pmwhen the sound and the festive spirit are at their peak with DJs + delicious cocktails (15€) until 2am…

We like : the very « New York style » menu where the lobster roll flirts with a real niçoise salad and a surprising burger, the sole meunière-mashed potatoes is right there along with the roast chicken to be shared and a terrific semi-cooked tuna. For those into fish : a real seafood bar to die for is on the menu...

In terms of style and clientele, expect arty gals fans of contemporary art, good looking hunks in Ray Ban glasses, trendy twigs, wild artists, and wealthy tourists.

Open every day from noon to 2pm
