As a tribute to this loyal neighborly friendship, the brasserie at the Plaza Athénée , run by Alain Ducasse , still serves exclusively to a few Dior customers the favorite recipes of the genius of couture. Confidence for confidence, the kitchen teams have agreed to reveal one of his favorite dishes.
For 10 people
- Harden the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and reserve three.
- Mix the remaining yolks with the peeled shrimps, having previously crushed the yolks with a fork and bound with the mayonnaise.
- Stuff the whites.
- Place the eggs on the serving dish and powder with the three yolks, passed through a sieve.
