Correspondence art on show

If for some writing holiday postcards is a chore, others have turned this form of correspondence into an art of its very own: Mail art. Postal mail is an artistic medium and source of inspiration in the 50s.

Louis Vuitton, companion of great travelers during XXth century, dedicates his cultural space to this movement. Fifteen artists are on display, interpreting various mailings, on different supports: letters to be completed, sealed or wrapped packages, travel log, but also videos and sculptures.

Proof that in this digital era, we still appreciate small simple pleasures...
