We tested Ô Zenhit, an ultra-comprehensive fitness club hidden at the base of the fancy SO/Paris hotel. Blending a sports club where you can boost your performance with a wellness center, this club founded by Michel Parada, a former executive of Fitness First, Health City, and Basic Fit, has all the qualities to become the most desirable sports club in the capital. Here’s what we thought !
Wellness and Performance in One Place
Thinking of Ô Zenhit as just another gym would be a big mistake! This club is a true lifestyle venue, a safe space dedicated to sport and well-being. Upon entering, you discover two floors of spacious workout rooms and a well-equipped weight room. Note : comfortable locker rooms with towels, shampoos, and Codage shower gels are available.
But the real star of this club is the pool ! A large 25-meter long pool, treated with ozone, offering high-level aquatic activities (aqua bike, aqua cycling, aqua circuit) to its members, all in a relaxed atmosphere with minimalist decor and dim lighting.
Our favorite part ? Finishing the workout in the relaxation area with a sauna, hammam, and lounge chairs to recharge. For remote workers : the club has a large, beautifully decorated room with tables, benches, Wi-Fi, and plenty of outlets.
The extra touch : in the spirit of an art gallery, numerous paintings are displayed in the rooms and hallways, available for members to purchase.
CompLETE Classes
What makes Ô Zenhit stand out is the variety of classes and disciplines. Members can enjoy unlimited Pilates, yoga, fitness, barre, body sculpt, body barre, abs and glutes, sports dance, and cycling classes. Missed a class ? No stress, access to the rooms outside of class times is allowed, so you can do your workout solo. Aspiring swimmers can also aim to become the next Laure or Florent Manaudou with private lessons given by the club's swimming instructors.
Membership : €190 per month. Open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 11 pm and Saturday to Sunday from 9 am to 7 pm.
