In 10 minutes, you are all set… This carrot-cake is super easy to make, wonderful to present and to crown the lot, this small delight also happens to have gluten free. COOKING : 10 MINUTES
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Mix the dry ingredients, then add the liquid ingredients and the carrots.
Whip until the batter is smooth and homogenous.
Pour in the buttered cake mould and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool down.
Whip briskly the glazing ingredients until you obtain a creamy texture.
Place in a pastry bag (10 mm fluted tip) and decorate the cake. Sprinkle with pistachios.
