Avant d’aller plus loin, il va falloir choisir votre camp. D’un côté, la pizza napolitaine, reconnaissable à ses bourrelets plantureux sur les bords. Unique à Paris, cette nouvelle pizzeria des Grands Boulevards élabore chaque jour deux pâtes aux attributs bien distincts, histoire de fitter aux convictions de chacun. Et le concept de personnalisation va encore plus loin… Sauce tomate classique ou aux fines herbes, mozzarella, jambon de San Daniele, saucisse piquante, oeuf, aubergine, tomates cerise, champignons, roquette… vous avez droit à cinq ingrédients parmi une tripotée de propositions ultra alléchantes, la plupart en provenance directe d’Italie, pour une pizza 100% sur mesure à tarif fixe, soit 15 €.

Preparation des pizzas sur mesure

Aussitôt la commande passée, le pizzaiolo fait le show, avant de passer votre casse-croûte au four supersonique. En 5 minutes; c’est plié. Grandiose.

Ouf, les indécis peuvent toujours trouver l’inspi à la carte : margherita (9€), reginella (mozzarella, jambon blanc, champignons de Paris, huile d’olive, 11€); 4 fromages (14€). Point bonus, le tiramisu est à tomber.

Unique in Paris, this new pizzeria on the Grands Boulevards elaborates each day two doughs with very distinct attributes, in order to fit in with the convictions of everyone. And the personalisation concept goes even further… Classic tomato sauce or with fine herbs fines, mozzarella, San Daniele ham, spicy sausage, egg, eggplant, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, arugula —you can choose five ingredients amongst a slew of ultra appealing propositions, most of them coming straight from Italy, for a 100% customized pizza at a fixed rate of €15.

As soon as the order has gone through, the pizzaiolo begins his show, before putting your your choice in a supersonic oven. In 5 minutes; the deal is done. Grandiose.

Phew, undecisive types can alway find their inspiration on the menu: margherita (€9), reginella (mozzarella, white ham,  Paris mushrooms, olive oil, (€11); 4 cheese (€14). Bonus point, the tiramisu is to die for.
