Antoine & Yannick Alléno launch an exquisite burger terrace

When the greatest starred chefs wake up street food, it gives rise to concepts that are as delicious as they are delightful. This is the case of Yannick Alléno , guardian of the Ledoyen temple, who is launching a summer pop-up of burgers hand in hand with his son Antoine, also a chef.

A chill and ephemeral concept

It gives Burger Père & Fils, an ephemeral concept installed on the Beaupassage terrace in the 7th arrondissement instead of the Allénothèque.

Pop and stylish playlist, chic terrace sheltered from cars and a Gin To (11) worthy of the Ritz Bar: the setting smells of chill-out and the holidays to enjoy a burger “ à la Parisienne ” like you do. 'had never tested.

The Lupin Burger at Père & Fils

On the side: it smells like sautéed potatoes (€ 5) flavored with thyme , rosemary and paprika , cut “ on the street corner ” to be dipped in the mayo sauce with celery lovage, found at the Pavillon Ledoyen.
