The small Spanish bodega

La Petite Epicerie Espagnole Land

Since last November, the Kingdom of Spain has conquered a small piece of rue du Cherche Midi. This pretty shop, run by a native Spaniard, spotlights the best products from her country.

Just take you pick from the wide selection of charcuteries : chorizo, blood sausage, lomo, cecina (Slavik meat smoked on with green oak) and at least five different hams including a Serrano and four Pata Negra hams, the Rolls Royce of « jamon iberico ».

And as toppers: cheese and Med jars (olives, oil, gazpacho…).

We also like: chufi, the drin with vegetal milk to sip like in Valence with crushed ice  (4,80 €) and Cola Cao, their national Nesquik (6,50 €).

The plus? Spanish sandwiches prepared to the minute.

Open from 10h30 am to 8pm
