Ouistiti

The place: It’s hard to find a warmer or more convivial spot than OUISTITI Paris, a restaurant that is as chic and chill for lunch as it is festive from Wednesday to Saturday nights. Nestled just steps from Gare Saint-Lazare and opened in 2023, this friendly address is divided into three spaces centered around a superb period zinc bar—the beating heart of the establishment where you can also sit for a drink and finger food (truffle gouda, white tarama…). Blending Art Deco notes with urban jungle details, the elegant atmosphere is revealed through moiré green wallpaper, shimmering velvets, and even a few mirrors to film your dance moves.
On the plate: In the kitchen, the chef delivers beautiful, colorful dishes that smell like sunshine, all fresh and seasonal. Start with duck confit ravioli with green shiso (€16), or white and green asparagus with parmesan crisps (€17). Follow up with a sea bass fillet with curry, lemongrass, and coriander, coconut milk, and venere rice (€40), or even a rump steak fillet with truffled jus and roasted baby potatoes (€42). For dessert, you'll scrape the plate clean with a delicious chocolate & coffee chantilly puff with peanut praliné (€15) or a cheesecake with granny smith coulis (€16).
In the glass: Behind the bar, a seasoned mixologist shakes up frankly spectacular signature cocktails. Sip the must-try Ouistiti, a mix of Beefeater Gin, elderflower liqueur, butterfly pea flower infusion, and bergamote (€20), or the indulgent Capucin with Absolut Vanilla, caramel syrup, and egg white (€18). More of a white wine fan? A bottle of Menetou-Salon will do the trick (€50).
The sound: At OUISTITI Paris, festive evenings revolve around a DJ and a singer, providing 80s pop/disco sounds, starting with soul hits and gradually moving toward the anthems that will inevitably get you dancing (Freed from desire!).
The plus: The feeling of being welcomed at a friend's house, as both the owners and staff are hyper friendly, making you want to become a regular!
OUISTITI Paris, 58 rue de l'Arcade, Paris 8e. 01 55 06 10 75. Open Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 PM to 2:30 PM and 7 PM to midnight. Thursday from 12 PM to 2:30 PM and 7 PM to 1 AM. Friday from 12 PM to 2:30 PM and 7 PM to 2 AM. Saturday from 7 PM to 2 AM.
Le Pompon

The place: Always eager for extraordinary venues, it’s in the majestic Palais Brongniart at Place de la Bourse that Le Pompon has set up shop, the latest address from Laurent de Gourcuff (Paris Society). Daphné Desjeux designed a stunning decor featuring leopard-print carpet, long banquet-style tables (tablecloths and silverware required), woodwork, and mirror effects to film yourself dancing. Mission accomplished: dressed to the nines, the capital's beautiful people have a blast, dancing on the banquettes as soon as 10 PM hits while the Ruinart flows between courses.
On the plate: Everything to satisfy groups of friends who want to indulge while staying fit—easy and flawless. Try the green asparagus with lemon butter and trout roe (€24), the artichoke carpaccio with Paris vinaigrette (€20), or the green bean salad with aged parmesan and truffle vinaigrette (€27). For the mains: lobster linguine with sweet chili (€52), a beef fillet with black pepper sauce (€49) and crispy homemade fries, or share a beautiful 1kg sole meunière (€180).
The sound: An obviously exciting playlist, the kind that makes a multi-generational crowd sing at the top of their lungs. It starts with Dalida to get everyone on board, followed by hits from Britney Spears, Aya Nakamura, and other divas whose lyrics everyone knows by heart. The girls exult, the guys play along.
The plus: We bet your BFF will love the idea for their surprise birthday party!
Le Pompon, 15 avenue Montaigne, Paris 8e. 01 62 43 90 30. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 7 PM to 2 AM.
Manko

The place: Still as coveted as ever for its wild nights, the flamboyant Manko (Moma Group) remains a sure bet for having fun in an unapologetically show-off spirit. Better yet: the cult address on Avenue Montaigne just got a major facelift by architect Sophie Lacroix, who worked on the restaurant to create a cozy, comfortable room with velvet accents and a superb mosaic to enhance the ceviche bar.
On the plate: With this renovation, Manko is becoming a true reference for Nikkei cuisine in Paris. Peru and Japan meet at the table with a sharp menu signed by the inspired Chef Melio Oriundo Chavez. Among the bangers, we recommend starting with the wagyu nigiri and tuna gunkan (€22 and €15) or the Acebichado makis with crispy prawns (€25 for 8). Continue with the House’s signature ceviches and tiraditos (€25 to €29) while waiting for the Aeropuerto: a traveling wok rice with sautéed pork, shrimp tortilla, and nikkei sauce (€38). For dessert: the Tres Leches Manko, a moist spiced biscuit with orange cream and vanilla ganache (€17).
In the glass: Pisco cocktails, of course (€20-22), unless you prefer the exotic El Buro with Eminente rum infused with marigold, lime, caramelized pineapple syrup, and ginger beer (€22). Great mocktails too, like the Chicha Morada (€14).
The sound: Every Thursday, the wild Manko Loko party keeps the beautiful crowd moving with DJs and even live musicians playing percussion and saxophone.
The plus: Its absolutely sublime bar, perfect for an impromptu romantic date.
Manko, 15 avenue Montaigne, Paris 8e. Open every evening from Monday to Saturday.
Palacio PARIS

The place: Nestled in a street perpendicular to Boulevard Haussmann, this chic and shocking den with a Roaring Twenties look is the new temple of Parisian nightlife. With its plush, luxurious atmosphere and cheeky speakeasies, the glamorous decor by Studio Louis Morgan (Giulia Club, Red Katz…) features refined furniture and warm, dim lighting. The animal-print banquettes give it a wild vibe—perfect for channeling your inner Sharon Stone in Casino!
On the plate: Basque-style tapas, including truffle and cheese croquettes (€16), a delicious beef carpaccio (€30), or a gamba roja crudo (€34). For mains, ember-cooking dominates: order the Landes duck breast with fig sauce (€48), or succumb to the massive Galician txuleta (Basque rib of beef) at €105 per kilo. Still have room? Basque cheesecake (€14) and txokola fondant (€12) await.
In the glass: Sip on casual elegance with timeless Pornstar Martinis or a chic Cosmopolitan (€20). For a literary twist, try a Staël (Gin, H.Theoria Electric Velvet liqueur, rhubarb puree, lavender syrup, €22) or a Lamartine (Whisky, H. Theoria Cuir Lointain, sweet potato/butternut puree, maple syrup, €22).
The sound: Cabaret music and Broadway tunes are the rule during dinner, before the night extends into fiery DJ sets.
The plus: A terribly hot and decadent show, blending dance, song, and other performances during the meal.
Palacio, 3 rue Taitbout, Paris 9e. 06 73 47 26 23. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 7 PM to 2 AM, and until 5 AM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Grouvie

The place: Located on the second floor of the Brasserie des Prés near Odéon, Grouvie never disappoints. It’s a trip back to the disco years in a carpeted space that cranks up the volume, the color, and the disco balls, with vinyl lining the library shelves.
On the plate: Naughty feast prepared by chefs Théophile Hauser-Peretti and Thibaut Darteyre, featuring delicacies like pig's trotter cromesquis (€9), pistachio pâté en croûte (€14), or escargots in garlic butter (€12).
In the glass: The funky cocktail menu by world mixology champion Jennifer Le Nechet is designed like a tour of France. Try the Giverny, an ultra-bucolic apple and thyme liqueur cocktail (€16), or the indulgent Sacré-Cœur, a mix of pistachio liqueur, gin, and raspberry macaron syrup (€15).
The sound: A groove and high-energy playlist that will make you want to give it your all on the dance floor.
The plus: No reservation needed (even if you show up with all your friends). Pro tip: come right at opening to secure a spot, or around 10:30 PM when the walls start vibrating!
Grouvie, at Brasserie des Prés, 6 cour du Commerce Saint-André, Paris 6e. Open every night, Monday to Friday from 6:30 PM to 1 AM, Saturday from 6 PM to 1 AM, and Sunday from 6 PM to midnight.

The place: Just steps from the Champs-Élysées, Italy brings its good taste to this singing restaurant set to the rhythm of lives and DJ sets. Giulia offers a chic, enveloping decor with plush carpets, bucolic wallpaper, and velvet banquettes. This nightlife beauty welcomes groups of friends looking to celebrate, seating them comfortably in its XL space filled with alcoves.

Start with antipasti: a melting vitello tonnato (€20), sautéed calamari with Calabrian nduja (€18), or a massive 250g burrata with Zaatar spices (€26). A pasta dish is mandatory: we recommend the linguine alle vongole (€32). If you have room left, go for the beef fillet with Giulia sauce (€46). The best moment? The arrival of dolci: classic tiramisu della nonna (€18) or the red fruit pavlova (€16).

Mondaine

The place: The former Roxie, still managed by Paris Society, has had a major glow-up and is now called Mondaine. In a neo-cabaret spirit, this grand lady wears her finest: all-over carpet, animal prints (leopard leading the pack), sexy mirrors, and sultry four-poster beds. Spread over two floors, it features a bar, alcoves, a library, and a smoking room where you can wander freely.
On the plate? Delicate foods for beautiful people: crispy snails with parsley mayonnaise (€21) or a summer truffle pizzetta (€49). Also, comforting dishes pimped with noble ingredients: truffle rigatoni (€49), sea bass fillet with saffron butter (€42), and a succulent beef tartare (€33). For dessert: crème brûlée (€16) or cute little cream puffs to share (€34).
In the glass: Signature cocktails we love, including the Mondaine (Moët & Chandon champagne, Grey Goose vodka, cherry, blackcurrant, €22) or the Léopard (Grey Goose, Grand Brulot, raspberry, ristretto, €20).
The sound: For every "party," a team of live musicians and singers plays the nostalgia card with French variety and international hits everyone knows by heart.
The plus: Behind its velvet curtains, Mondaine is a temple for memorable nights, also available for private events, product launches, and after-shows.

CHEZ GALA

The place: A Mediterranean-inspired restaurant we adore in Paris—festive and irresistibly elegant! At Chez Gala, the decor sets the tone: shimmering disco balls, stained glass, white tablecloths, and candlelight. A chic 70s vibe with style. The standout detail? A sublime cocktail bar tucked in the back, perfect for a refined apéritif.
On the plate? Orchestrated by Chef Zac, the kitchen makes French gastronomy dance with Mediterranean accents. Start with the feta cream & fig chutney mille-feuille (€18). Follow with the roasted rack of lamb with citrus—so tender (€39). To finish, the vanilla and hazelnut praliné chou (€19) is a dream.
In the glass: Delicious cocktails (€20). We loved the Yellow Ragazzo (Limoncello, Chartreuse, stracciatella espuma) and the Pink Révolution (Belvedere vodka, hibiscus, rose water espuma).
The sound: Share delicious plates to the sound of a piano-vocals duo during the first service, before the DJ takes over to make the whole room dance until 2 AM.
The plus: The incredible disco-hammam in the basement! A sublime and quirky space with its own bar and DJ area, perfect for large groups or private bookings.
