Tripes are chic

Forget preconceived ideas. To prove it, Yoni Saada, (remember Top Chef), has pulled out his magic chef’s hat for a gourmet show on place de la Bastille.

From 3 to 5 November at lunch time, Merlin the Magician will be cooking up tripes and offal in darling mouthfuls as delicate as they are savory. The tasting is free !

On the menu of this fabulous magic circus: terrine of ox tail with chestnuts; calf’s liver on a skewer; tartine of lamb tongue and an amazing hot-pig. A real trip.

Hurray, magician Frederic Ericksen is also in this magical luncheon that is the official launch of the month for offal products.
