21 days to be a fit girl: the method that works

The count-down before the Summer body has begun. And let’s be quite clear, it’s not by scrolling endlessly on the accounts of models and influencers with heavenly silhouettes that your body is going to be transformed. In order for this to happen, you are going to have to move. And that’s when the #TopGardenChallenge comes in very handy.

Recently launched by Jardiland, this new sports challenge, a tad off the beaten track, consists in building up muscle while gardening. Rather clever don’t you think? No need for state-of-the-art equipment or high-tech machines, this method consists in training while using garden tools.



Examples? Lifting shovels to sculpt biceps, step on a flower pot for a fab fanny, jumping over fences, garden hose as a skipping rope. In total, 8 ultra efficient muscular reinforcing exercises to be performed in the garden by series of 10 or 20. In 21 days, you are all set with a body visibly slimmer and toned. Forget small complexes.
