The common point between Kalios, the brand specializing in products using olives and Bistro Urbain, the trendy restaurant we adore near Faubourg Saint-Denis ? Food for sure, but also family.
Because behind these two upscale foodie venues hide two sibships. Pierre-Julien and Grégory, who launched in the exploitation of the family olive plantation in Greece; Samuel and Alexandre, two brothers who launched their trendy typically French dining as we like them.
From 10 to 16 March, the two clans are teaming up for a very special week. On this occasion, the menu of the restaurant will be highlighting daily dishes with Mediterranean savors elaborated using famed Greek olives. A quick look? Carapaccio of cauliflower with cream of olives, rack of lamb in olive crust and even a cream brûlée made with olives.
