Il aura suffi d’une bouchée à Camille pour devenir complètement accro aux brioches à la cannelle typiques de Scandinavie et au cinamon-roll, leur déclinaison US. Une obsession qui a poussé cette jeune maman à ouvrir sa bakery exclusivement dédiée aux roulés diaboliques. Un carton. Rroll vient d'ailleurs de déménager dans un espace plus grand avec une jolie verrière façon manufacture artisanale.

En revanche, ses pains de pâte briochée en forme d’escargot n'ont pas changé. En plus de la version classique donc (noix de pécan érable cannelle), les rolls se déclinent. Variantes sucrées : strudel, pomme, raisin, cannelle; banane, chocolat, pistache… Mais aussi salées : flamenkuche, confiture d’oignon, jambon, noix, chèvre, pesto, raisin...

Et pour compléter le menu, on peut piocher une soupe, un fromage blanc crudités ou un muesli maison très yummy avec des thés bio (mention spéciale pour celui à la mirabelle) et des jus de fruits artisanaux.

On aime : des pâtisseries moelleuses préparées sur place par la sympathique foodista, qui trônent sous cloches sur le comptoir de ce petit salon de thé rustique chic.

Le must : les croquer tièdes, nappés d’un glaçage au Philadelphia… Une tuerie.

Top : la formule brunch du week-end avec deux rolls (sucré et salé), un gratin d’oeuf, une boisson chaude, un jus artisanal et un fromage blanc ou une soupe (18,50 €). Let’s roll !

All Camille needed was a first bite to become totally addicted to cinnamon brioches, typical of Scandinavia and the cinnamon-roll, their US off-shoot. An obsession that encouraged this young mother to open her bakery exclusively dedicated to devilish rolls. They also serve soup, a veggie farmer cheese or a very yummy house muesli with organic teas (special kudos for the  mirabelle plum one) and the natural juices.

We like: soft pastries prepared on the spot by the welcoming foodista, presented under glass bells on the counter of this small tea salon, a tad kitsch, since the décor is made of bits and pieces.

The must: bite into them warm, with Philadelphia topping… A killer.

Tops: the brunch formula offered every day with two rolls (sweet or salty), cooked eggs,  warm drink, cold drink and farmer cheese (18,50 €). Let’s roll !

Open Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 6pm then until 10pm from Thursday to Saturday.
