Pétrelle: the table of stars to be urgently re-tested

The Petrelle restaurant by Lucie Boursier-Mougenot

From Madonna to Mick Jagger passing by almost all the French presidents , Pétrelle already had nothing to be ashamed of its customers when the chef Jean-Luc André was at the helm.

With new dishes as daring as they are irresistible and a discreet facelift carried out by a young hellish team ( Lucie Mougenot-Boursier and Lucas Danti , two former Caves Legrand), Pétrelle offers itself an invigorating facelift that is already buzzing in all of Paris.

A bistronomic address by Lucie Boursier-mougenot

shellfish bisque jus from Pétrelle Paris

Not usual at Pétrelle where each visit has new surprises in store for you to savor.

According to her moods and the seasons, the young chef Lucie Mouginot-Boursier sends out characterful and not shy dishes, all from French producers: Fregola Sarda risotto with snacks, seasonal vegetables, shellfish bisque jus, loin of pork, Sicilian round eggplant, shiitake mushrooms and soy butter, or marinated black mullet, peanut sauce, peach and verbena.

Plated desserts also make foodies' hearts waltz: black figs , fig leaf ice cream and sunflower praline or yogurt ice cream, calisson and meringue.

Candle light dinner

Hallucinating high ceilings, intimate tables, porcelain vases, trompe-l'oeil painting from the 1920s, candle lighting, old parquet floors: the same hushed and hyper-romantic Parisian atmosphere as thirty years ago reigns in this address. worship in the heart of the 9th district that we love.

Add to this place a few glasses of deadly and affordable wines (3 glasses for € 34), raw nature (Labet, Niger, Belluard…) delicately chosen by the young extra sommelier Lucas Danti (who takes care of the service himself) and you will stay there all night!

Open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday
