The object of desire: don't say kebab, say “broche”! Run by the Bellah brothers, this counter at République is a step above the corner döner.

Its erotic potential: rotate the “broche”! A crazy mix of milk fed calf / smoked turkey selected specially by the MOF butcher Didier Massot. Heavy duty. Add a few veggies, house sauces, stuff the lot in a crunchy bread cooked on site. And there you go!

The most sexy: the “Parisienne”, chic and effortless, garnished with AOC comté, grilled mushrooms, salad, tomato, red onion, honey mustard sauce (€9). In its style the “Façon mignon” has quite a lot of style : ostari (ewe cheese), glazed onion, salad, tomatoes, pickles, BBQ sauce (€9.50). The good partner? Home fries.

Open Monday to Wednesday from noon to 8pm, Thursday to Saturday from noon to 10pm.
