The concept: a fun and efficient workout straight from Los Angeles that mixes boxing and muscle building . It gives: a good vibes playlist , a studio immersed in darkness (except electric blue neon lights) for a zero judgment session and hyper motivated coaches who constantly accelerate the pace. On the program: 50 minutes broken down into 10 rounds with 50% boxing and 50% cardio / training. On the bag side, we chain the combinations (right, left, hooks , uppercuts) and we let off steam on the Aquabags suspended from the ceiling. On the bench side, we repeat the circuits well known to bootcamp enthusiasts: mountain climbers , squats , burpees , jumping jacks , with weights between 2.5 and 10 kg.

On the program: 50 minutes orchestrated by a coach who takes you beyond your limits, microphone supported by flows that mix an ultra-tonic refining Vinyasa and cardio in a fully heated studio immersed in darkness.
