You are never better served than by yourself, such is the credo of Cédric Casanova (La Tête dans les Olives), who has installed his organic flour mill. in this pocket-sized restaurant in the heart of Belleville to make your 100% homemade pasta. The ancient wheat grains are cultivated in Italy on the lands of his partner, the farmer Marco Mulè. Chef Roberto Rispoli (ex-Royal Monceau) completes the squadra.

To try: the pasta of the day, two recipes to choose from for lunch at 10 € all round. Example? Casarecce tomato / ricotta or pesto / arugula / pecorino sauce, followed by a divine pistachio panna cotta (€ 6). In the evening, unique menu at 30 € for 3 starters and pasta.
