Ingredients for 4 small fondants

125 g of dark chocolate

3 small, very ripe bananas

50 g walnuts

40 g almonds

1 nice pinch of salt

Recipe

Melt the chocolate over very low heat with 1 tablespoon of water (or vegetable milk of your choice) then mix it with the flesh of the bananas until a very smooth cream is obtained.

Mix the nuts and almonds to grind them finely and pour them over the chocolate cream, as well as the salt.

Mix well, divide the dough into 4 individual ramekins and cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 ° C depending on the desired texture (check with the tip of a knife).

Let cool or cool before tasting.

What advice from Clémence Catz to spice up her fondants? Replace the nuts or almonds with hazelnuts or peanuts , melt the chocolate with a well-bodied coffee base , flavor the fondants with spices (cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom), or sprinkle them with small seeds (sesame, poppy) blue).
