Breakfast obsession

Breakfast obsession

It’s the new star of healthy breakfasts one finds in the cantinas of all the fit-girls such as Wild and the Moonla Juicerie or la Guinguette d’Angèle.

Translation: any self-respecting Açai Bowl or Porridge features a few banana slices to perfect its trendy capital...

The most avant-garde and trendy breakfast addiction is no doubt the banana-tartine (9€), like at Season, in the Marais. Imagine a slice of no gluten whole-wheat bread with mashed almonds and honey, bananas, dry raisins and fresh fruit. A killer.

Divinely regressive! Huguette, the new buzzing coffee shop at Saint-Placide, serves a banana-tartine, just like when we were kids. A slice of bread, covered with melted black chocolate and customized with small banana slices. A must to reproduce at home (even if you are a kitchen dummy)
