Just steps from the Opera, France's new and only Biohacking spot has just opened its doors, much to the delight of athletes and those who appreciate cutting-edge techniques to optimize both their physical and mental well-being. Created by a sports and technology enthusiast, François Galite, the remarkable Octane Wellness center brings together the most advanced protocols to enhance athletic performance, strengthen our immunity, improve sleep, skin quality, and blood circulation.

Dedicated to optimizing our health, Octane Wellness offers, through innovative technologies and machines, all the benefits of natural elements such as heat, cold, light, oxygen, and gravity. These non-invasive treatments, when combined, form powerful wellness rituals to incorporate into a daily routine.

How does it work? In a beautiful 150m² space, after a personalized diagnosis to support each individual according to their needs and goals, three 1.5-hour rituals are offered with three treatments: Recovery, Longevity, and Relaxation. Of course, it's possible to choose a custom ritual based on individual needs and desires.

The Recovery Ritual

Feeling stressed, tired, sore, lacking energy and sleep? The recovery ritual is for you, combining cryotherapy, infrared sauna, and pressotherapy (€110).

Cryotherapy (10 min): Exposed to temperatures between -110° to -140°C for up to 3 minutes, the body triggers a highly beneficial natural defense reaction that alleviates muscle pain, reduces stress, boosts energy, and improves sleep. With two to seven sessions, you'll sleep like a baby!

Infrared Sauna (45 min): With modern technology emitting gentle and penetrating heat, the infrared sauna induces deep sweating that eliminates toxins and heavy metals at the cellular level, relaxes muscles, relieves body tension, reduces stress, and improves blood circulation. One to two 30-minute sessions per week are recommended to maximize effects, regain a steel morale, and an amazing energy.

Pressotherapy (30 min): A draining massage technique using boots that compress with compressed air. This method stimulates blood circulation, promotes muscle recovery, reduces stress, and provides a sense of well-being.

The Longevity Ritual

To combat signs of aging, regain or preserve your mental and physical energy, the longevity ritual with cryotherapy, full-body red light, and oxygenation is what you need (€195.50).

Full-Body Red Light: A non-invasive method using specific wavelengths of light to stimulate the body's natural healing processes and improve skin quality. Full-body exposure to red light simultaneously targets multiple areas, maximizing effects in a 15 to 20-minute session: mood enhancement with serotonin and endorphin release, pain and inflammation reduction, muscle recovery, fatigue reduction, and performance improvement.

Oxygenation (1 hour): A revitalizing experience that increases the quantity of enriched oxygen in all organs, tissues, and even the brain. Oxygenation provides better concentration, accelerated sports recovery, improved muscle recovery, and quality sleep.

The Relaxation Ritual

On the brink of burnout? The relaxation ritual, with full-body red light and infrared sauna, is the one to prioritize. In one hour, it revitalizes you while calming your stress (€103.20).

Full-Body Red Light Therapy: Full-body red light therapy is a non-invasive method that utilizes specific wavelengths of light to stimulate the body's natural healing processes and enhance skin quality. Exposing the entire body to red light simultaneously targets multiple areas, maximizing effects in a 15 to 20-minute session: mood improvement through serotonin and endorphin release, pain and inflammation reduction, muscle recovery, fatigue reduction, and performance enhancement. What more could you ask for?

Infrared Sauna (45 min): With modern technology emitting gentle and penetrating heat, the infrared sauna induces deep sweating that eliminates toxins and heavy metals at the cellular level, relaxes muscles, relieves body tension, reduces stress, and improves blood circulation. One to two 30-minute sessions per week are recommended to maximize effects, regain a strong morale, and boost energy levels.
