Tip top : les assiettes canonissimes de la chef italienne qui mixent légèreté et gourmandise, chose rare chez les Italiens parisiens.

A goûter ABSOLUMENT : “les souvenir de la mer”, tagliolini à l’encre de seiche, crème citron, basilic, noix et algues Salicorne (18€) ou la burrata de compet’ qui est arrivée 7e au concours mondial de la mozza (15€)...
